I talked about our ideas for Mandai a few months ago. We have now worked out plans to develop Mandai into a destination with tranquil and rich green spaces, where people can see wildlife in their natural habitat. Besides the existing Zoo, Night Safari and River Safari, we hope to relocate Jurong Bird Park there, and more.
The Singapore Tourism Board will partner Temasek Holdings to do this project. The Ministry of Trade & Industry gave more details earlier this week.
